Baba’s a really fun character to work with. In Dragon Ball, after her first arc, she basically serves as a convenient plot device whenever the protagonists need her. I think Goku would be happy to pay her back for all that help, so now she can get some of what she watched Frieza get in that other pic I did a while back.
So this is an Ask I wanted to do basically for my own reasons… the first and last time I drew Maki and Nobara together was as a commission reward for a Subscriber. It was before I’d seen Jujutsu Kaisen or knew anything about either of them, so it didn’t mean much to me at the time. I really like their relationship in the series, though, and wanted to do something with them again, even if it’s a simple pic like this. Like with Yuji before, I don’t really ship Nobara with any of her friends, but I don’t have any problem picturing her having a fun casual sexual relationship with them.
Diana’s a character from the Dungeons and Dragons cartoon I drew back in 2015. Her and Shantae are really only being brought together in this Ask because the Subscriber likes both of them, but I thought it could be fun to do a little something with them. I don’t really picture them necessarily being “a thing”, but they’re both amicable enough I’m sure they’d get along fine.
I don’t necessarily see the Studio as a place where everyone is always ready to bone no matter what, so someone like Johnny who hits on literally every person he’s attracted to will still get plenty of rejections one way or another. Still, I thought it’d be fun to see him hooking up with someone who says “yes,” and Jasmine just kinda came to mind as a casual partner he could have fun with.
I thought a little Izuku/Bakugou action could be fun to revisit. Nothing about this Ask necessarily demanded it, but I figured Izuku should show how much easier riding dick is for him by enjoying one of his favorites.
I’ve drawn 17 joining in with Krillin and 18 a couple times, but never just the two of them together. I don’t think their dynamic is really that fleshed out, even in Super. However, I’m drawn to the idea of Krillin fooling around with his brother-in-law, and I thought this Ask would be a cute way to let them have some fun together.
Usually for these types of Asks I’ll pick a character from another franchise to do a crossover. I was thinking about this one, though, and even though I don’t ship Yuji and Nobara at all, I do think they’d have great sexual chemistry and just kinda wanted to give them a little spotlight just the two of them. So Nobara’s subverting the usual formula for this type of Ask here, but I hope y’all will be okay with that.
I don’t know if there was a historical figure analogous to Thorfinn in the Dragon Ball world. Guessing at the history of Earth in that world is kind of a crapshoot. However, I feel like there probably were, at the very least, Vikings of some sort, since many other historical cultures are referenced at different points in the series. At any rate, I thought it’d be cute if Gohan thought Vikings sounded cool in his history books, and that lead to this situation here.
It’s interesting to me how Steven Universe porn makes up a huge portion of my personal consumption, but a fairly small portion of the art I make. A lot of my go-to series are like that, maybe there’s a reason for it. Regardless, I do want to do more with the characters, and Lapidot content is something I’m happy to finally cross off my list. Both Lapis and Peridot got delayed debuts due to something I think I’ve discussed before, but I’ll tell the story again here. In 2015 I drew Lapis and Peridot in a sixty-nine type pic, though it was a backburner project that was slow on getting inked/colored. While it sat on the backburner, Peridot made her face turn and lost her robotic prosthetics, revealing she’s actually rather small. Since I didn’t know this when I drew the original pic, I got a weird feeling about it and basically dropped it, but that caused me to also never gain the motivation to do a new Lapis/Peridot pic, even when they became more or less canon in the show itself. So, now that we’re eight years later, I’m happy to do at least one pic with the two of them, although I’d be happy to do more if I can find the time.
