This is a Vanguard Tier reward featuring Retto from Super HxEros, an ecchi sentai series I have a passing familiarity with. The series has a bit of a harem thing going on, where most of the characters are attractive women who gravitate around Retto, but one of my Subscribers was interested in seeing the man himself.
