This is a first-time commission from a new Lord Tier Subscriber, a rarity ’round these parts. They’re a big supporter of Bolin, and wanted to see him with Bryce Callahan from Jock Studio. Jock Studio’s a new game from Mikkoukun, the creator of Camp Buddy (which I’ve drawn a couple times in the past). Where Camp Buddy was about gay camping, Jock Studio’s about gay jocks, which I guess you could figure out from the name. I mostly know Jock Studio through buzz about it on my Discord, so I hope fans of the game will enjoy seeing Bryce debut here with Bolin.

I’m not sure exactly how these two would see each other in the Studio. While his anger was pointed at Frieza, Bardock’s a bit of a rebel and I don’t see him being particularly nostalgic for being a soldier and towing the line. King Vegeta, while still using that title mostly to distinguish himself from his son, is not a king in the Studio and doesn’t really hold any more power or influence than Bardock does. I had this idea for an exchange between them for this Dare, though.
It’s been a minute since the first entry, so I wouldn’t blame anyone for forgetting about this series, but I finally got around to doing the second plot in the Grave of Teenage Asses. Eve’s someone who I think people want to see more of, and I figured she’d be a nice fit for this series.
Also, for anyone who’s interested, here’s the Q&A video I did for Subscribers last month:
I always worry about answering these types of Asks where the answer is “no.” Probably the asker was hoping to see Canute topping or dominating someone, but I felt like I had a good grasp for how he’s respond and this was a better fit I think. That’s not to say Canute can’t top or whatever, but I feel like this is the more honest answer.
Sabagebu! is one of those shows I watched and mostly just thought was okay, but I ended up liking a few of the characters disproportionately to how I felt about the show. I drew Momoka a while ago with one of the other girls, but I thought she had a pretty hot mom and that they’d make a good fit for this series.
I picked Amy for this cover during the midst of our 1 Club poll tournament on Discord. At the time she was doing very well, but I had no idea she was going to win it, so I figured people would be happy to see her here. The theme for this magazine was furries, as a follow-up to the animal-themed characters nominated for the last one.
Here we see a return of Clayface in his Stephanie persona. I still have a pic I wanna do at some point based on this episode of HBO’s Harley Quinn series, but I thought this Ask sounded fun and I wanted to play a bit into some of the dialogue from that episode. Beyond that, this is also the first Ask this version of Harley has answered, as the previous ones were done with the comic or B:TAS versions of the character.
