We don’t see much of Utena’s mom in what exists of Gushing Over Magical Girls. I thought she was kinda cute, though, and I’ve never drawn Utena in her civilian design. I didn’t feel like she’d go as far with the BDSM as she might would a magical girl, but I did want to include some light ropeplay for this entry.
