Between making an AMV with it and rewatching it to show my younger sibling, I had a bit of a revisit with Nichijou last year. It’ll be a long time, but I’d like to do more with it eventually, hopefully. For now, I added Yuuko and her unnamed mother to my MomSwap list, and here they are. Yuuko’s mom basically exists to comedically overreact to her daughter’s shenanigans at home, usually to help end a scene or just give her someone different to play off of than Mio. Since her being a disciplinarian is one of the few things we know about her, I thought she could maybe dominate her rambunctious daughter a little bit for their MomSwap profile.

I don’t know anything about this anime, or these two relationship. I do like the boldness of what’s presented here though. I bet within the studio they’d make a great pairing with others.
