I was thinking over this question for a while, and this is what I landed on. While Mr. Sakamoto loves little store and the peaceful life he leads, I’m not sure if I can really picture him starting up a new one in the Studio. Right now I feel like he’s probably in vacation mode, lounging around and eating a lot. If his wife came to the Studio, though, I do think that would change. I feel like she wouldn’t want to see him languish for too long and would push to get their store in the Studio just to give them both something to do.

A couple years ago, I got a bit of an itch and sketched a bunch of Canary/Zofia stuff. I don’t remember what exactly spawned the idea, maybe just that they’re both characters I’m fond of with pretty limited existing partner options. Regardless, I was thinking about maybe using those sketches for a Studio Tour pic or maybe a little one-off comic, but never really did. This question made me think of them, though, so I decided to go ahead and canonize the relationship. This isn’t one of those sketches, I did a new pic of them for this, but I might find an excuse to use them later if I want to explore this random crossover pairing a bit more.
This is a Lord Tier commission featuring Higuruma and Kashimo, both introduced in the most recent season of the anime. I don’t know if these two actually interact in the story or not, but the commissioner wanted to see them in Higuruma’s famous tub. The commissioner mentioned an idea of them using their Culling Game points towards this instead of the game itself, hence the title.
So there’s a running gag in Bocchi the Rock! that Ryo, despite coming from a well-off family, is always broke and borrowing money from her friends. This is usually chalked up to her always buying new guitars and such. Now, in the Studio, I’ve more than once implied that they don’t really use money, or at least it’s not necessary to get by since it’s a sci-fi utopian type location. However, due to rule of funny, I think Ryo would still find a way. I wanted to pair her with someone else who would still place value on money even in the Studio, and Kanamori seemed like a perfect fit for a few different reasons.
This here’s a little Mini Commission featuring Killua. Not much to add here, they just wanted to see him sweaty and relaxing. I don’t usually include sweat much in my work, partly because I don’t really like how it tends to look when I do it and partly because it’s a gross-out factor for me, but I hope some of y’all enjoy this.
There’s been a few Asks and the like looking for pairing the original Dragon Ball characters with their F versions. I’m currently in the process of revamping and redesigning the Dragon Ball F universe, so I’m a bit hesitant to do much with characters I plan to release new versions of soon. Vegeta F was one of the more successful designs from the original launch, and she won’t be that different in the new one. I did use the new design here, but she’ll get a proper pin-up eventually. I thought it’d be fun to lean into the fact that Gohan’s worked with his F version before, kinda spurring on that Saiya-jin competitive spirit.
This was a pic I wanted to do a long time ago but never had time for. I had it on a list of pic ideas, and its time finally came up. Kitty is a spoiled brat and the daughter of Killer Moth, and in her first appearance she forces Robin to take her to a dance. This makes Starfire jealous, naturally. Kitty’s one of the only characters from Teen Titans that’s easy for me to see Starfire topping like this, so it was a fun change of pace from how I usually use her.
