So, naturally, with this page we see a bit of Luffy and the shadow clone introduced in the last page double-teaming Naruto and Boruto. I feel like this is probably the peak of intensity for this comic, and we’ll probably wrap it up next time it comes around in rotation.
This page had two incompatible scripts submitted, so I wasn’t able to blend them like I usually do for these. Both scripts took the comic in a different direction I wasn’t thrilled about, so I basically just went with the idea that made the most sense to me. This one should be wrapping up pretty soon, I think.
Here’s our sixth page of Pirate vs. Ninja Strippers, based on scripts submitted by my wonderful Subscribers on SubscribeStar. We’ve moved a bit more into the montage stage, just showing a few snapshots of the fun the boys are having backstage.
Fifth page of this little comic. I didn’t have much room for mixing elements from different scripts this time, since the scripts that were submitted went in directions I felt were incompatible, but I did try to shake it up a bit. I hope y’all will like the page.
Here’s the fourth page of Pirate vs. Ninja Strippers, our yaoi ongoing comic. Like the other monthly ongoings, this page was written based off submissions by Subscribers. In this page Luffy tests out Boruto’s throat a bit, and now has to make a decision.
Third page of the current SubscribeStar Yaoi Ongoing! The submitted scripts for this one kinda skewed in a few directions, but had a similar theme. I tried to capture the spirit of what it seemed like most of the Subscribers who submitted were looking for.
Here is page two of our pirate and ninja comic! Normally I would not recommend barging into the dressing room of performers after a show, but Luffy has the rizz to pull it off, it seems.
The premise for this Mini Commission was to have Boruto checking out his own ass in the mirror. I felt like showing the reflection itself would be outside the bounds of a Mini Commission, and the prompt said it should be more of a side view anyway, so I drew it a bit more behind the mirror. Hopefully the scene is still readable in spite of this.
So it’s now time for us to begin our new SubscribeStar yaoi ongoing comic, replacing The Hunters’ Puzzle. After a few polls, the concept we landed on for this comic was Luffy having some post-show fun with Naruto and Boruto in the NHS Strip Club. We’ve got mostly set-up on this page, but I hope y’all enjoy and will look forward to what happens next.
I hope I’ve made it clear before that people will usually still meet and know acquaintances from their pre-Studio lives if they’re both in the Studio, so the answer here should’ve been obvious. However, I had the thought a few days ago that it might be fun to do a Naruto/Boruto pic in the vein of how I usually do Goku and Gohan, and this Ask seemed like a good opportunity to do that. It’s possible this Ask was looking to see Boruto with the younger Naruto I tend to use by default (or younger Naruto with younger Sasuke), but that wouldn’t have vibed with the direction I wanted to go so I used Naruto’s daddy form instead.
