Why do you confuse Futas with trans?
Futa has both genitals and no balls.
Trans female are with all male genitals.
I’m fine with either one, just wanting an accurate depiction of your art.

I’m afraid you’re the one who’s confused. The term “futa” has no relation to whether the character has balls. The difference between trans and futa has to do with the origin, a trans woman is a woman who was assigned male at birth and transitioned (usually through hormone therapy but maybe also with surgery) to a woman. A futa is a cis (assigned female at birth) woman who then grows/develops a penis in some way, usually through magic or sci-fi means since this isn’t a thing that exists in real life (although sometimes it’s depicted as a form of genetic hermaphrodism, too, which is kinda different). Regardless, every definition from a reputable source I’ve seen says that a scrotum and balls is optional for futa, meaning they can have them or not. I tend to include them because I think it looks better, personally, but it’s not only possible but also extremely common for futas to have balls. I think it’s actually more common than the Bible Black-style balless futas you’re thinking of.
