So, of course, this Ask is looking to take the logic of A Trip to the Past and apply it to Trunks/Bulma, but in the Studio we don’t really need to steal a time machine to alter someone’s age. I’ve talked about it a little before, but in the Studio canon characters’ ages are adjusted for each pic with futuristic tech, but they’re the same person just shifting to a different point in their physical development. I’ve never drawn Dragon Ball Bulma, I don’t think, and I thought this Ask would be a good chance to rectify that. I figured, if she’s going so far to become a teenager for this fun time with her son, she might as well throw on the iconic bunny outfit, too.
Mera (or, I guess in the localization, Melee) is a one-episode demon who appears in Dragon Ball between the Fortuneteller Baba and Tienshinhan arcs. She helps Goku rescue a girl from the demon world, and I thought her design was pretty neat. I just wanted to do a quick pic of her with Goku, and I thought a little foot-play might be fun.
I’ve been re-watching Dragon Ball with a friend lately, and during the first season I was thinking about drawing Mai again. This Ask seemed fun to me, as she’s definitely a prime candidate for footjob content. I decided to do something I tried with Bulma’s mom recently, combining design elements from her earlier appearances with an art style more like the recent content. I hope people will like seeing her, she’s definitely been underappreciated in my work so far.
I’m assuming most people are familiar with Sailor Moon and Goku as a pairing, whether it be through old works like Dragon Moon X or other similar stuff. The versions of characters I’m working with exist in their own continuity, though, so there’s no previous relationship between these two in the Studio or anything. However, it does seem like Serena/Usagi’s thinking about it, though. I guess we can consider this a tease, then, and maybe there’ll be an occasion to do something more with this pairing in the future.
I don’t know how much I have to add to what Trunks says here… Studio Frieza has kinda taken his own path and is very different from the Frieza he cut to pieces. I did like the idea of drawing Trunks with Frieza, though, which is why I made a point of working this Ask into the batch for this month. I just always enjoy drawing Frieza being a slut. ^_^
I first sketched this Launch pic up back when she was in the One-Shot back in February. It’s been sitting unfinished in my work folder for a long time, but I decided to pick it up between larger projects as something I could wrap up fairly quickly. I think the end result is pretty nice, hopefully the Launch fans out there will be happy to have a little more content of her out there. ^_^
