Gazella is a kind of Wii Fit-esque virtual trainer Judy gets for one episode of Birdgirl. She becomes that episode’s villain, and eventually pulls Judy into her weird black mirror space. I just kinda wanted to see her have her way with Judy, though, so that’s what this is.
I enjoyed the second season of Birdgirl, and it got me motivated to draw more of the series. Part of that was the recent Ask, but I had several ideas for standalone pics I wanted to do (we’ll see how many of them make it this far). The first thing I wanted to do was to round out the main cast (that is, the main cast I’m interested in), since I’d paired all of them except Gillian with Judy up to now. Gillian is Judy’s loyal secretary, and I thought a fun scenario would be for Judy to have her dick her down for some stress relief in the office.
I’m always excited to see characters I like who don’t get much attention getting questions. Part of why I picked the previous Ask was to get more exposure for Kaori, and similarly here I’m happy to see Judy Ken Sebben/Birdgirl getting a question. I tried to think of a fun way to incorporate the “seed” pun, but in the end I couldn’t come up with anything I liked. Birdgirl in the show is much more amorous than her Judy side, so I thought maybe just working it into her crimefighting would be fun. This is the first time I’ve drawn Birdgirl as Birdgirl, but I also have new Judy content coming soon enough that I hope some of you will be looking forward to!
A while back I drew Judy, the protagonist of Birdgirl, with Charlie and Meredith, my favorite girls from that series. I decided to go back to the show and also do pics of her with Evie and Gillian, the other two main gals in the cast. Evie here is introduced a bit later in the first season. I never really got what her deal was meant to be, but she’s cute enough. I’ve got the Gillian pic started, so hopefully that will come along before too long and I’ll have the full female cast in the Studio.
I mentioned before that there was one other Birdgirl character I was interested in, and that’s Meredith here. She’s this series’ version of Mentok from the original Harvey Birdman, though I don’t know how they’re related (they’re just both green and have the same powers, and go “Bee-woop!”). I like her, though, in a similar way to how I like Poison Ivy in the Harley Quinn cartoon, and wanted to draw her with Judy. All three of my Birdgirl crushes are in the Studio now, though I can’t say for sure how often any of them will show up.
