The client for this commission wanted to see Red, the original Pokémon protagonist, paired up with Nurse Joy in her anime design. I was all too happy to comply, since I’ve been wanting to draw Nurse Joy for a while. Some day soon I’d really like to try drawing her again (I’d love to do her paired with Officer Jenny, or do the tanned Joy that appeared in one episode of the original series).
