Christine Blake Vanguard

Lazarus was a series I enjoyed a lot, so when Christine was submitted for one Subscriber’s Vanguard tier reward, I was happy to do it. Axel from this same series won a First Shoot poll not to long ago (or, rather, tied with two other people). His actual debut is still quite a ways off, but he’s got a ticket to get into the Studio eventually. The other main members of Lazarus all have spots on my to-do list as well, so we’ll likely see the whole group eventually, even if it takes a bit.

Evan King’s First Dare

There’s been a few attempts to get Evan King with the Holloways in one way or another, with both being fairly popular additions to my Spookyverse setting. While it’ll be January by the time this one goes public, for my Subscribers this is going to be the Halloween release, which I think is appropriate. I wasn’t planning necessarily to have a Halloween Dare for October, but I did like this one and so it worked out that way.

Jasper Character Ask 1

This is one where I think whatever I had to say about it shows up in the answer itself. Given how Gem bodies work (or at least my understanding of how they work) I’m not sure Jasper would get much benefit out of something like a gym the way flesh-and-blood types might. I thought her explaining as much would be a good opportunity to try drawing her again in a more straightforward pose.

Kenton Ray Bio

So this is the father of Ty and Kobi Ray, Kenton. Kenton has a role play much further down the line in Sunkissed Youth, but I wanted to get his design down and established while I was in the mood. I plan to do the same with Brooke’s father eventually.
SInce Kobi’s hairstyle is inspired by an Inazuma Eleven character, I thought it’d be a fun nod for his dad’s hair to be based on that same character’s adult hairstyle. I think the end result is that it gives him a sort of regal vibe.

MomSwap – Chika Watanabe and Mom

So I watched Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote, or The Many Sides of Voice Actor Radio, a while ago and enjoyed it. It’s about two voice actresses who discover their private civilian identities are classmates, and through some shenanigans end up hosting a podcast together. It’s nothing terribly special, but I remember liking both of the lead girls and their moms, which is why I set them both aside for future MomSwap entries. I remember there being a few other ladies in the show I was fond of, plus it had a lot of fake anime made up for the series, like My Dress-Up Darling, which is something I always enjoy in anime about anime.
Up first is Chika, who’s the more sullen and serious half of the lead duo. Her mom is similar, being the stricter of the parents we see, but here they’re able to get a bit more loosey-goosey and have a little fun together.
