Confession time, I really didn’t have any ideas for how to answer this one. I didn’t really feel like the question fit with my understanding of the Mowgli/Bandar-log pictures, but I knew a lot of people were wanting to see more of Mowgli. So I spent some time trying to find a way to make it work, and this is what I came up with. I hope the final result is somewhat enjoyable.
So the winner for June’s Near Hentai Monthly Lady is Lin from Spirited Away. I was pretty excited to see her win, I’ve always liked her a lot. I don’t know if this will make sense or not, but I feel like she checks some similar boxes to me as Shelly LaMarine. I decided to pair Lin up with Chihiro/Sen, the film’s protagonist, just because I’ve also always liked Chihiro. She’s not my favorite Studio Ghibli loli (that would probably be Mary Smith, though there’s a lot of cute ones), but she’s got a lot of charm and I’m happy to have finally drawn her.
With this post, NHML nominations for the month of July are now open. For those who don’t know, I’ll run down the rules real quick. Nominations are limited to one per person. You can nominate any female character you want, provided I have not drawn her within the past calendar year (though I prefer characters I’ve never drawn, period). Previous NHML winners are not eligible for a second time. Nominees must also not be from the same franchise as this month’s winner, Spirited Away. If you violate any of those rules, I’ll let you know, and you can nominate someone else. I know it can be hard to keep track of these things. Ever since I first started drawing Scooby-Doo pics again, people have been asking me about the Hex Girls (Thorn, Dusk and Luna). These three are very fondly remembered from their first appearance in Scooby-Doo and the Witch’s Ghost, though they also appear in shows like What’s New Scooby-Doo? and Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated. It’s not hard to see why people like them, a trio of goth rock stars is gonna naturally appeal to a lot of people, plus their songs in the first movie they show up in had much smoother and entrancing animation than most Scooby-Doo media. I decided to pair them up with Daphne and Velma, even though I tend to avoid pics with this many characters (I have trouble staging them, and they take much longer and slow down other projects). I will probably revisit the Hex Girls eventually, though it may be a while from now. I’d kinda like to do something with their Mystery Incorporated designs, plus I’m sorta interested in a Thorn/Velma pic. There’s a scene towards the end of Witch’s Ghost where Thorn is using a spell book while the ghost is going nuts, and Velma’s clinging to her in a very cute/shippable way. For now, though, enjoy this pic.
Yeah, so… I saw the conversation that lead to this Ask on my Discord, and I’m not really sure what the point of any of it was. Like Jean mentions here, his dick has shown up in my work already, if that’s the proof you want, but beyond that his bio page uses male pronouns and he’s just never really been portrayed as anything but male. I kinda felt like addressing the misconception of genitals being the best way to determine someone’s gender though, even if in Jean’s case his junk meets the traditional expectations. At the end of the day, though, this is just a pic of Jean naked, so hopefully some of ya can enjoy that for what it is.
So here’s another character for my project with CCat, Jaiden. Jaiden’s the little sister of Josh and Tara, and was mentioned in their bios. I wanted a sweet, innocent little loli for this role. I don’t have much to add beyond that, but I hope y’all like her.
At first I didn’t really wanna do this Ask, due to the question referring to Mickie as a hermaphrodite (I’m no expert on these terms, but I’m pretty sure that term is far from accurate for her). But, the more I thought about it, the more I thought pairing Mickie with Crim would be really cute and fun. Crim’s interest in hot chicks with big dicks is canon, and I decided it’d be best to just do the Ask and have Mickie address the discrepancy.
So here’s the One-Shot comic I made for May! The script that won for that month called for some Goku and Vegeta action, something we’ve only seen a little bit of around here. A couple things I occasionally get asked about show up in this comic, such as the Goku/Vegeta ship and also Goku bottoming. While these are far from the most prevalent thing I get asked to draw, I know there’s a demand for them, so I hope this comic page works for those people wanting to see these two going at it. ^_^
The script didn’t make any specifications about where the comic should be set. In the past I did a One-Shot of Goten and Trunks in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and of course it’s the location of Special Training, so I figured it’d be a good fuck palace for them. Goku and Vegeta spend some time training there in Dragon Ball Super, in preparation for a cross-dimensional tournament. We don’t really see what this training is like at all, so why can’t it be like this?
