So I know that this post isn’t going to go public until, like, January probably, but for my Subscribers this is the post that went up on Halloween. Last year a similar thing happened, with Silas doing what he called a “Halloween Dare” that didn’t go public until February. I feel like I’ve been doing a lot with Ember and Silas lately, but maybe that’s just because I don’t usually focus on my OCs too much. Regardless, I hope some folks will enjoy seeing the pumpkin-heads here again for this Dare that takes them a bit outside their comfort zones.

Originally this was gonna just be a full nelson Kanamori pic with an anon, but then I decided to add some dialogue to make her partner Mr. Fujimoto. Mr. Fujimoto is a teacher at the school the girls go to, who volunteers to be the advisor to their club. He’s a pretty cool and laid-back guy. When he steps up to be their club advisor he says something about it helping with his circulation, hence the dialogue here.

Studio Life Magazine 15 with Tier Harribel

For this magazine cover I decided to try something a little different. So far the covers have all featured established Studio residents, but for this one I invited people to submit characters who had not yet debuted in the Studio. I don’t plan to do this often, if ever again, but I got some interesting suggestions this time. In the end I went with Tier from Bleach. She’s from after I stopped watching, but I always thought she looked cool and figured she’d be an interesting addition here.

So this one is maybe a little odd, and I’m not sure how much I want to elaborate on it beyond what’s presented here. This Ask, specifically how I answered it, plays into a couple ideas and themes I’ve hinted at before but I don’t really know how far any of it will go. I do kinda expect to see Loid with Yuji and his friends more in the future, though. I’m not sure exactly why I think this works, but I hope some of you will agree.

College Dick

This is a Mini Commission for one of my Subscribers. The character featured here is “Stephanie,” a persona adopted by Clayface in the first season of Harley Quinn. Harley was infiltrating a college campus, and Stephanie was Clayface’s way of helping. She was a really fun character in that episode, due to a mix of Clayface’s usual theatrics and odd mannerisms while also trying to be a popular college girl. I’ve wanted to do something with this “character” for a while, mainly a threesome with her and the incognito versions of Harley and Ivy also featured in that episode. I’d still like to do that eventually, but for now it’s fun to see Stephanie unwind with some random college stud.

Subscriber Scenarios #4 – Player 3 Wins

In the interest of full disclosure, I’d discussed an idea like this with this Subscriber in the past, so I had a pretty good idea of what characters he wanted to see. It just so happens that I’m fond of these characters, too, and it’s a bit of a changeup for each of them as well. Nobara was quite proud of her Smash skills in a flashback, and I’m pretty sure Najimi’s not really on her level. However, one thing Najimi’s good at is annoying other players to throw them off their game, which allowed them to best Nobara and Anzu here. Anzu’s more of a single-player gamer, but I’m sure she could also normally best Najimi. For those interested, they were playing the Switch version of Smash here. Najimi was playing as Mario, Nobara was playing Snake and Anzu was playing Link.
