I’ve only drawn ol’ Max here a handful of times, each time under the commission of the same client, so I don’t have a strong sense in my head of what the “Near Hentai” Max/Goofy relationship is like. The way the commissions have been so far it feels sort of abusive, like Goofy is constantly taking advantage of Max and pushing him into sexual situations against his will. While there is a cute element to boys being reluctant (see my work with Riley Freeman, for example), I thought I’d use this Character Ask to take their relationship a few steps away from being rapey. After all, if Goofy was the only one enjoying their encounters, then Max’s Father’s Day gift would’ve been a normal one (or maybe even something intentionally bad, as revenge), and I don’t think that would make for a very good response image. Instead I showed that Max can instigate things, too, by intentionally giving his father the opportunity to get lots of sex out of him whenever he wants with these adult coupons.
I remember seeing these coupon books in stores like Spencer’s or Priscilla’s when I was a teenager and I always thought they were interesting. I’d skim through them in the store, and the idea of someone handing you a free pass (or a set number of free passes) for intimacy was pretty exciting. So I decided to use those coupons to set up this situation. I guess whatever coupon Goofy used this time was for a footjob/blowjob combo, or something of the like. Luckily Max is able to pull it off.
