I don’t think I have much to add to this one. This Subscriber has talked some about pairing Loid with every character Yor and Anya have worked with so far, although it’s not something I’m interested in actively pursuing. However, there are individual characters that are closer to them than others, and I think Yuji is someone who probably has a good relationship with Anya. I don’t think I’ve ever had her refer to him as her big brother in previous work, but Yuji has a way of becoming people’s brother and it’s just kinda a natural fit for him.

I’m a fan of Yuji Itadori, but these two look good together. I hope he gets to top Loid at some point.
Yeah idk about this tbh, I imagined Loid as a top, I think some Anaya stuff with him would be cool
