Cocotte’s Orientation, Part One

So the idea for this pic came to me a bit ago. Originally it was going to be a Studio Tour entry, but I started wanting to do a bit more with the idea and didn’t want the next several Studio Tour entries to all be dedicated to it. I didn’t quite have enough to do a full comic, though (and I’m already doing more of them than I’d like), so I decided it’d be best to do this as a series of pictures. I don’t know just yet how many entries there’ll be, we’ll be seeing more of these two later when I get around to Part Two.
I’m not sure what got me started thinking about it, but something felt right about pairing Zangya and Cocotte up. Maybe it’s just that they’re two colorful, elven-eared alien girls who play largely bit roles in their limited appearances, but I felt like they’d end up kindred spirits. True, if they met in the world of Dragon Ball they would’ve certainly been enemies (Zangya being a pirate/mercenary/criminal or whatever and Cocotte being a soldier of justice), but here in the studio that dynamic just doesn’t exist so they can meet on more neutral terms. Anyway, hope y’all will look forward to the next installment of this series!

This was one where I knew right away what the visual would be, but I had to think a bit about the actual answer portion. Eventually I decided it’d be worth acknowledging that getting to toy with Ash isn’t a rare occurrence, but due to James somewhat limited critical thinking skills he’s just now noticing how much easier it is to catch Ash than it is to catch Pikachu. Of course it’s the difference one would expect between someone who doesn’t want to be caught, and someone who does. 😉

Studio Tour 6 – Frieza/Ash

So the title of this one might be a little misleading, since Frieza and Ash aren’t paired together in the traditional sense… but they are the focus of this piece, so here we are. I had the idea a while back (like, before SES) of drawing Frieza pole dancing. I went back and forth on a few different options for the audience for said performance (Frieza’s soldiers or the Giny Force, the Z Warriors, anonymous aliens). Setting the pic in the Near Hentai Studio, however, let it be a bit more open. I still stuck mostly with people he knew before the studio in the audience (same with Ash in the background), but I like the narrative this approach creates. Both Ash and Frieza are sluts for attention in and around the Near Hentai Studio, and this is a fun way of illustrating that. ^_^ I was a bit worried about the colors for this one, but I think they turned out okay.

June ’19 One-Shot

Here’s the One-Shot selected from scripts submitted by my supporters. The idea for this script was just to see a bunch of boys thrown together. Panels one and four were left up to commenters, while panel three specified only Nagisa’s appearance and commenters were to nominate boys to pair him with. Three people commented on this script before it won, and I used one suggestion from each of them (one person’s panel one, one person’s panel four, and one person’s partner for Nagisa). The boy fucking Nagisa is Keitaro Nagame, by the way, the protagonist of indy yaoi dating sim “Camp Buddy”. I’ve had a growing number of my fans get into the game, so there’s a chance they’ll be pushing for more content of the characters in that game in the future.

Gon and Killua

This is another Master-level commission. The client for this one was having some trouble deciding what they wanted to see for their annual commission, but eventually settled on something involving Gon and Killua with a focus on their feet. The rest was left up to me, and I ran with a fairly simple fucking pic, but where the feet are pointed towards the camera (not too unlike a solo Gon pic I did for a Mini Commission not too long ago). This worked well for the commissioner, so we moved forward and here’s the completed piece!

This project got delayed a bit due to a lost email (and my failure to follow-up), but we finally were able to come together and get it done. I’ve drawn Hiro a few times before, but this is Miguel’s first time showing up in my work. Who can say if it’ll be his last.

So, one thing about Ryuko that I wanted to bring into this answer is how flustered she sometimes gets around sexuality and nudity. I don’t think she’s a prude or anything, but she seems like she can get easily embarrassed, and I like the idea of a more confident girl like Satsuki being able to push her buttons just right to gain the upper hand in a sexual encounter. Every time I’ve drawn these two before it’s been Ryuko chowing down on some Satsuki butt, which she seems to enjoy (and who can blame her), but I wanted to show a different wrinkle here. Ryuko’s not being, like, a BDSM sub here or anything, but she’s definitely taken a more submissive/receptive role now that Satsuki’s decided she wants a taste. 😉

Mai Twinson Bio

So here’s the bio page for Mai Twinson, one of the two twin girls who babysat Mace and Jackie last time I did entries in their standalone series. Mai is the preppy cheerleader of the two, and I plan for the next Bio entry to be her more brooding sister Mari. Both Mai and Mari will be showing up again (hopefully sooner than later, but who can say), and I thought it’d be prudent to get their Bio entries out so everyone can get to know them a little better. ^_^
You may notice Mai’s fetish is actually the same one as Jean Spears’, though it manifests in different ways for each of them. Autagonistophilia is just defined (where I’ve seen it defined) as a fetish for being watched, usually on film or on stage. For Jean, that mostly means he gets off on being recorded when giving out blowjobs or something. Mai, on the other hand, is aroused while performing as a cheerleader in front of a crowd.
