So Frieza’s in kinda a weird spot where he’s both racists towards Saiya-jins, but also fetishizes them, leading to his answer here. Obviously Luffy isn’t a Saiya-jin, and the only reason Frieza said the line being referenced in the question is to make a joke about his name being the same as the slur Frieza uses for Saiya-jins, but his reasoning probably wouldn’t be much different. I kinda doubt Frieza would view humans as any higher on the species totem pole than Saiya-jins, if anything they’d be much lower.

Bulma on Namek

Here’s a simple little Bulma pic I sketched a few months back. Kinda left it in the WIP folder for a while, but I liked how it looked so I dusted it off for coloring. I added in the Namekian Dragon Balls ’cause I thought Bulma just by herself looked a bit plain (if still sexy), and I like how the complete concept comes together (even if it’s hard to pin this into any sort of narrative).

Dragon Ball Near Hentai Monthly Lady

So here we have the first Near Hentai Monthly Lady of 2020, January’s winner Cheelai! Cheelai’s a character I’ve been getting requests for ever since she first showed up in Dragon Ball Super: Broly, and I can see why. She’s very cute, and her character in the movie is fun and spunky. She’s also Broly’s closest friend, hence why I chose to use him as her partner for this pic. I’m not really crazy about the movie, I think it’s kinda just okay, but I do think they finally fixed Broly. I never cared for classic Broly or how he (or his movies) were written, but he finally feels like a real character in this movie (and a sympathetic one, at that). So I can appreciate the movie for that, as well as giving us more Frieza, introducing Cheelai, and showing us Goku’s mom, Gine. Not a bad checklist, and I think all that makes up for the movie being a bit underwhelming in other areas.

With this post, NHML nominations for the month of February are now open. For those who don’t know, I’ll run down the rules real quick. Nominations are limited to one per person. You can nominate any female character you want, provided I have not drawn her within the past calendar year (though I prefer characters I’ve never drawn, period). Previous NHML winners are not eligible for a second time. Nominees must also not be from the same franchise as this month’s winner, Dragon Ball. If you violate any of those rules, I’ll let you know, and you can nominate someone else. I know it can be hard to keep track of these things. You may nominate by either commenting in the cBox, commenting on this post, or emailing me (Nearphotison2010@yahoo.com). I’ll compile a list of the nominees in the sidebar of this site, and then on February 1st I will use a randomizer to select the winning character who I will proceed to draw sometime that month. Gohan and Maron Character Ask 1

So, like Gohan starts to say here, I don’t really see these two hanging out much… Maron’s character has always been just kinda a two-dimensional bimbo, and I sorta see her hanging out with other similar flighty gals while Gohan has his own group of friends. In fact, Maron almost doesn’t even remember Gohan (and you have to remember, this version of Maron has canonically engaged in a foursome with him, Krillin and Bulma). But, you know, if they’re forced together for something like, say, to answer a Character Ask, maybe they might catch up and have a little fun together. Maybe.
I wasn’t 100% sure what version of Gohan should appear in this Ask. I knew he needed to be older than the one from the Garlic, Jr. Saga, since the Ask references the passage of time since then, but in the end I just settled for what I consider the “default” Gohan. Maron hasn’t really changed since then, though.

This one was just an excuse to do a footjob pic with her (both for the Asker and for myself), but here it is! I have a policy against introducing new characters in Asks, so rather than use an established Pride Trooper for the pic I just used the same blue anon alien cock from her first pic I did.

December ’19 One-Shot

Here’s the One-Shot I did for December, selected from nominations sent in by my supporters. Of course the holidays referenced in this comic have now passed, but it was more timely for my supporters. ^_^; This one presented a couple of unique challenges. First, was that I have very little experience working with the Fairly OddParents style (I’ve drawn it before, but it’s been ages). I did my best to find a compromise between my more realistic approach I usually use and the uber-stylized designs of the original characters. Also, the last panel was left completely open to me (except the dialogue). I decided that, since the pic was presented as a message from the Studio versions of characters, I should use Siat Wildstar, who’s sort of the mascot of the Studio. Since her panel is all about looking forward to the new year, too, I decided to work in a “look forward” theme, with her training three new characters (or, in Kefla’s case, a combination of two characters already in the Studio). Darkness is the last of the main KonoSuba girls for me to bring in, and Nessa’s a popular new character I’ve gotten a few requests for. Seras in the first panel is also new, though she’s been nominated for NHML maybe a dozen times. It’s also fun to bring in Mrs. Claus from the comic I did with CCat for Christmas 2018, paired again with her favorite boys, Mace and Jackie.
