Gon Freecss Character Ask 8

So, um… Yesterday I discovered that this Ask had somehow slipped through the cracks. It should have been posted probably some time in August, but I guess when I shared it with my supporters I forgot to add it to the schedule. Hopefully this isn’t something that’s happened before, and there are other pics I just forgot to post here. ^_^; I’m sharing it now, but that’s why the background and presentation don’t fit with the current CA approach.

Anyway, this Ask is in reference to a line from the show. The implication in the source material is than Gon went on fairly innocent activities with the older women who visited Whale Island, but obviously I had to take things a different direction.

Bayonetta Character Asks Nintendo Super Mario Bros. Super Smash Bros.

Princess Peach Character Ask 1

So this Ask presented a unique problem for me, and that was that I had too many answers I liked. Really, I think you could pair Peach up with anyone on the Smash roster and get something good. She’s just that versatile. However, I decided to narrow my options down to the female roster, which is where her line about catching up with “the girls”. All the characters listed here are runner-ups for this answer, basically, since it would’ve been impossible and impractical to just throw in everyone I like in the game. In the end I went with Bayonetta as the one pictured, just because she’s one of the few options who I’ve drawn before (and after talking with the asker of this question, she also seemed to be the one that this person was most interested in). I always want to do Smash content, but I end up stagnating on it just due to having too many enticing options (basically the same issue I described before). I will never have enough time to do all the ideas I have for Smash Bros., and as a consequence I end up doing none of them.

Vados Character Ask 1

It’s been a good while since I’ve drawn Vados (only time before was when she won the NHML raffle in October of 2016). I think her logic here is sound, since Whis’ training seems to have worked well for Goku she’d probably want to do it the same way as him. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Ryūko Matoi Character Ask 1

Poor Ryūko’s kinda a forgotten veteran around the studio. I drew her exactly once before back when I was working on a Kill la Kill AMV, and I don’t think most people remember that pic. Someone did, though, and decided to check in on her. I tried for a certain aesthetic with the girls Ryūko’s interested in (and they’re all girls, since I can only see her as a lesbian). I doubt I’ll draw any of these pairings ever, but they’re fun to think about.

Killua Zoldyck Character Ask 10

So I’ve always felt like the special feelings of a good relationship trump physical differences when it comes to someone’s preferences, and I tried to convey that here in Killua’s answer. Trunks might have a bigger dick, or other people may have dicks that are better for one reason or another, but Gon’s is special because it’s Gon’s (at least to Killua). I think that’s sweet. 🙂

Character Asks Digimon

Tai Kamiya Character Ask 2

I don’t know if I’ll ever do any sort of Digimon/Pokémon crossover, but it’s a fun idea to consider. I haven’t fleshed out most of the Digimon cast quite as much as I have Ash, but I do think I prefer seeing Tai on bottom. Something about his outgoing personality and sporty look makes me see him that way. I like Ash on bottom for similar reasons, though, so in all likelihood I’d have them switch.
Actually, the more I think about it, if I did do a Tai/Ash pic, it’d probably be something like Pikachu fucking Tai while Agumon fucks Ash, and then the boys are making out in the middle. But idk, there’s a lot of fun ideas to be had with something like that. As far as Tai’s preference, I’m sticking with what he says here.
