Character Asks Crossover Legend of Zelda Nintendo Super Mario Bros. Super Smash Bros.

Zelda and Peach Character Ask 1

These two questions happened to be posted next to each other, and I felt like they fit together in a really obvious way. Peach and Zelda, as the two princesses rescued in so many Nintendo games, often get paired up (even in official stuff like Smash Bros.), but I’ve never drawn them together. I think they’d be friends in the Studio, too, though. I considered using the Twilight Princess Zelda design, because when I think of Peach and Zelda shipping it’s usually coming from Smash Bros. Brawl. Also, while Breath of the Wild Link was in the newer Smash, Zelda in that game looked a bit different, so Peach and this version of Zelda don’t have many appearances together that I know of. However, at the time of writing this, Tears of the Kingdom isn’t even a full week old yet, and I just kinda wanted to draw this new shorter-haired design for Zelda. Even though Breath of the Wild was a huge part of my life for, like, two years, I barely ever drew it. I don’t expect to draw much of TotK, either, but but doing a little bit here was fun.

NHS MILFs – Bunny Bravo

I made a joke about doing Bitzi’s NHS MILFs pic during the “Year of the Rabbit”, but I thought we could also do one for our resident rabbit-named mom, Bunny. I’m really enjoying drawing her when I can, and I hope people will like seeing her again. There’s actually one other rabbit mom I’d kind of like to draw, but she’s not in the Studio yet. So, I guess I need to decide if I want to use NHS MILFs as a series characters can debut in, or if I want to draw her in something like MomSwap first.

MomSwap Tomo-chan Is a Girl! Xoverse

MomSwap – Carol and Ferris Olston

There are three mother/daughter pairings I really like from Tomo-cha Is a Girl!, and I’d like to do each of them in the MomSwap series. Like with Dragon Ball at the beginning of the series, I’ll alternate between them. We already got Tomo and Akemi, and since I’ve drawn Gundou already I figured Carol and her mother could be the next MomSwap. Carol’s a character I didn’t expect to like when she was first introduced, but she turned out to be one of the funniest members of the cast who often steals the scenes she’s in. Her mom’s especially cute, too, with an adorable accent. They have a great relationship, too, with some cute scenes together.

Cheetara Character Ask 1

So, the Lord Tier commission I’m doing for May is taking the same route of splitting their commission up that the past few have. However, this one is even stranger, opting to make one of their two one-character pics into an Ask. That being said, this Ask is still done the same as others, I picked the question and chose how to answer it, but they apparently really wanted to get a Cheetara Ask and figured leveraging their Lord Tier commission would be the best way to do that. I chose this one in part ’cause the obvious partner for a question like this, Sonic, is an easy one to convey without drawing too much of his body. Tomorrow’s pic will be the other half of this Subscriber’s commission, a more traditional one-character piece.

Azumanga Daioh Character Asks Crossover Dirty Pair Tomo-chan Is a Girl!

A while ago I had a series of random crossover ideas for Akemi, just different girls in the Studio I was considering drawing her with. I didn’t, and none of those characters are in this Ask, but I thought it’d be fun to pair her with some cute tomboyish girls like her daughter. I had a few characters I thought could fit for this Ask, but I decided to settle on two I haven’t drawn for a minute. Kei’s the tough one of Dirty Pair, and a very old crush I’ve only drawn a couple times. Kagura from Azumanga Daioh is… well, also an old crush, who I haven’t drawn since the CrossOver Yuri series back in the day. Neither’s exactly like Tomo, but both probably fit into the same category as her.

Comic Crossover Dragon Ball Tournament of Lust Yu Yu Hakusho

Tournament of Lust, Page One

This is the first page of a project I’ve been mulling over. I’ve tried and failed to get some sort of competition-based event set in the Studio off the ground for a few years now, and I finally decided to just go ahead and get this variation of it going. I figure if the comic is actively running, it’ll be easier for me to commit to it, though I suspect this one’s gonna be running for quite a long time. The tournament itself is going to be fairly long, on top of my usual slow turnaround for comic pages. I don’t plan to put this one in the comic rotation, though, rather I’ll update it when I can like with Butt Witch’s Busy Weekend and Addicted to My Little Brother’s Ass.

For our first match-up, we’ve got a rematch from late DBZ with Android 18 and Vegeta. Having these two go at it sounded fun to me, and I think their dynamic will make for an interesting first match of the ToL. The match itself will probably last a handful of pages, the first of which I’ll be getting to work on soon, hopefully.
