And now, finally, we have a conclusion to our first match. Working on these four pages has given me a good idea of how long this comic will end up taking me to produce, and it’s gonna be long. Hopefully it’ll be a fun ride, though, as I’m pretty happy with the comic so far and have some stuff I’m excited for planned down the line. I’ll be starting work on the next page soon, so hopefully it won’t be too long before it’s ready.
Even though I don’t really get it, people seem to really like when I draw Tanjiro. I kinda thought Vegeta just earnestly rating his ass in real time sounded funny.
Goku got dared to do something with a parent recently, so why not Vegeta as well? I didn’t really feel like fucking each other would be the type of bonding these two would do, though, but I had this idea for an exchange between them I thought would be cute.
We ended up with a rather oral-focused page this time around. A couple of the scripts I got had panels focusing on Bulma stripping Vegeta, but I had to skip the armor-removing stage of that just ’cause it looked a bit too silly however I tried it. Even though this page doesn’t move things forward too much, I kinda like the relaxed pace here. Now that everyone’s naked, I kinda expect the next few pages to escalate relatively quickly.
This is one with maybe a boring answer, but one I thought some folks might like to see. I don’t get to do just Vegeta and Goku by themselves that often, after all.
Here’s the third page of our Tournament of Lust! Vegeta steps things up against 18, but she hasn’t lost her bravado quite yet. This match should complete in the next page, and hopefully it won’t take me too long to get it out. I do have other comic projects to worry about, though, so we’ll see how things go.
There were a few interesting Dares to choose from this month, but this one stood out to me for a couple reasons. One is that I just did a redheaded tomboy getting spitroasted by these two for a One-Shot, but another is that we’ve never had someone do a second Dare yet and I thought it was time. Now, obviously here Tomo’s not getting, like, hardcore dominated, much to her chagrin, but I kind of like this dynamic. To Goku and Vegeta, Tomo is spirited but still not able to take something like what Android 18 did from them in her Dare, but to Tomo they’re treating her lightly and ruining the challenge of her Dare.
This is a little sketch I did a while back when I had an itch to do something with Bulma. Like many such sketches I wasn’t really sure if I’d ever get around to inking and coloring it or not. I had a little bit of a window where I could squeeze something small in, and decided to dust this one off to fill the gap.
This is the second page of our Bi Ongoing. Following up from last time, Goku joins the girls in trying to convince Vegeta to loosen up and have some fun with them.
I was hoping the turnaround on page two would be a bit quicker than it has been, but I’ve had a lot of things slowing down production beyond the normal high workload. However, I did manage to get it done, and now we’re getting into the action. I’m currently expecting at least two more pages of this round; we’ll see how long it takes me to get those out.
