Lost in the Fright Zone is the next comic returning in my rotation schedule. I’m planning to do four pages of it before moving on, including this one. For now, we pick up right where we left off five years ago.
Some folks might know Siat Wildstar from my Studio Tour game, but I’m not really sure how many people are familiar with the project she comes from since I don’t use it or reference it often. Obviously many folks do know Eromugen, but I wouldn’t blame any newer fans for not being familiar.
Eromugen was a fantasy JRPG-inspired comic I did early on, and Siat was one of two main characters. In a flashback sequence we saw her mom, Uwora, and sister, Asuka. Asuka only appeared as a child there, but some time ago I got to give her the “modern” design she was meant to appear with later in the series, which is how she appears here. Uwora herself was also meant to reappear eventually, with an updated design, but I decided not to use that here and just stick with how she appeared in the comic pages that actually came out. This is the first time I’ve drawn these three together since those flashback pages in 2013, so it’s quite the little milestone for them.
The Ask itself is pretty simple. Anyone familiar with their story will understand why they’d be happier in the Studio. Uwora’s the type to keep to herself, but it was nice to see her get back on camera again I think.

This is a Mini Commisison featuring Izel, the protagonist of Onyx Equinox. Since I don’t pay any mind to Crunchroll, I’d never heard of this show prior to drawing this. I checked it out a but while prepping for it, and it seems interesting. At a glance, it seems kind of like an adult Avatar using South American mythology and deities. Some of what I saw seemed pretty interesting. At any rate, here’s a little pic of its protagonist.
So twice now Corey and Yuji have hung out “Corey’s way.” Corey’s capable of being a fair guy, so even if it’s not his thing really he’s willing to give Yuji’s way a chance here.
This is another Vanguard-tier reward, this time for Sailor Saturn. Saturn’s one of the outer Sailor Senshi, and although I did watch the old anime as a kid I don’t remember much about her or her arc on the show. I tried to pick a cute pose for her, though, and I hope fans of this character will enjoy seeing her here.
Continuing our annual tradition, here’s another Studio Christmas party! I had a couple people I thought would look really good in Santa outfits, and a few others I just wanted to draw. I’m really happy with how this year’s party turned out, and I hope y’all will enjoy seeing a handful of Studio residents living it up!
The Near Hentai Studio Santa for 2025 is Liara T’Soni from Mass Effect. Liara made her Studio debut in March of 2022 as a supporting performer for Tali’Zorah’s NHML pic. This is Liara’s first appearance since then, and I think she looks cute. I hope y’all enjoy seeing her here, and look forward to seeing her at the party.
You may notice I’ve numbered this pic as #19 when it’s more like the fifth Studio Santa pin-up I’ve done. That’s because I decided not too long ago to work out a list of who would’ve been the Studio Santa for the annual Christmas party every year there would’ve been one (keeping in mind who would’ve been available at the time), back to the start of my time posting hentai to the internet. There’s been some interest in seeing these folks in their Santa gear. I’m not completely against the idea, although to fill out these older Santas I’d probably not bother with making it a seasonal thing, and just post a pic every now and then when I find the time. If that’s something you’d like to see, let me know.
Rating asses has become a bit of a gimmick of Vegeta’s, but I don’t really picture him doing it just willy-nilly with whomever he fucks. Since this Ask was directed at Zarbon in this way, I figured it’d be a good chance to have Zarbon pass along second-hand info, while also establishing a hint towards some of Vegeta’s opinions.
This is a Vanguard tier reward. I watched Creature Commandos not long after it first came out, and like many who saw it I really liked The Bride. I liked most of the characters, really, but I was happy to see The Bride submitted for this reward. I went with maybe a less sensual pose than I often would, but I think it suits her. As much as I like her she is a bit annoying to work with, so I don’t know how often we’ll see her, but I’d like to at least do something with her and another girl from the show I’m fond of eventually.
Of course I knew once Alphonse got into the Studio through that One-Shot people want to see him and Ed go at it. For that OS I used their end of series designs, but for this I wanted Al to better match Ed so I think this will be more like his default behind the scenes look. Nothing too shocking here with the answer, I imagine, but more just an Ask I hope will be a crowd-pleaser.
