Near’s Drag Race – Izuku Midoriya

So very sorry this took so long to complete! These pages like this take forever as it is, but this one got slowed down (as did all the comic pages I’m working on right now) by the production of the Near Hentai Studio Tour game. There was basically a whole month where the only comics I worked on were the monthly ones. ^_^;
At any rate, it’s done now. I wanted to put Midoriya into the girl’s version of the U.A. uniform, with a couple minor cosmetic changes. I decided to keep the makeup and suck more minimal on this one, I feel like he’d go for a more subtle and natural approach. Up next I’ll be doing another Dragon Ball one, since I’m still alternating between my most popular franchise and others until I run out of DBZ ones I want to do. Hope you all enjoy this one, and I’ll see you for the next entry sometime in 2020, I imagine!

Hiro Akiba Character Ask 1

So the concept behind this Ask is kinda an old one, and one I’ve discussed on Discord a bit, but I know some folks have been anxiously awaiting for the talking points of those talks to be brought to life. In the Near Hentai Studios I do imagine cliques/clubs of various character types forming, and the cooking characters getting together to prepare food for the Studio is a very old concept I haven’t really gotten the chance to explore. It makes sense to me Hiro would gravitate towards those characters, and Yukihira especially seems to me like someone he’s get along with. Like he says in the Ask, he’s got a lot in common with Aiden, so it’s easy for me to picture him idolizing him in a similar way (even if, due to screwy anime ages, Yukihira is actually younger than Hiro despite looking much older).

Near Hentai Monthly Lady Star Wars

Ahsoka Tano NHML

So here’s the winner of December’s Near Hentai Monthly Lady raffle, Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars! I’ve never properly watched any of the series she’s in, just a handful of episodes of Clone Wars, but I’ve always kinda liked her design. Star Wars has a pretty strong history of sexy alien girls. I’ve liked Twi’lek’s since I was a kid, and while Ahsoka is a Togruta there’s some design similarities that carry over. I’ve seen some artists carry her facial pattern down to other parts of her body, but I kinda decided against it. I think I’d like to include a little design where pubes normally would be, but in this pic that part of her body’s not really visible anyway. Oops.

With this post, NHML nominations for the month of January are now open. For those who don’t know, I’ll run down the rules real quick. Nominations are limited to one per person. You can nominate any female character you want, provided I have not drawn her within the past calendar year (though I prefer characters I’ve never drawn, period). Previous NHML winners are not eligible for a second time. Nominees must also not be from the same franchise as this month’s winner, Star Wars. If you violate any of those rules, I’ll let you know, and you can nominate someone else. I know it can be hard to keep track of these things. I’ll compile a list of the nominees in the sidebar of this site, and then on January 1st I will use a randomizer to select the winning character who I will proceed to draw sometime that month. Meg and Lois Foot Fun

So this here’s a Master Commission, someone pledged to my Master Tier and got this as a reward. This client left things pretty open ended, basically telling me they were a fan of the MomSwap series and wanted to see Meg and Lois doing some foot stuff to each other. I was happy to oblige, and while I do intend to bring these two into MomSwap eventually, this serves as a standalone pic for them. We ended up with two versions, as originally I’d left out fingernails/toenails to stick closer to the art style of the show, but the client was hoping to get some painted nails. I definitely get the allure there, so I added a nails version but kept the nailless original for those who find nails on four-digit appendages weird or who are just purists to the art style or whatever. ^_^; Anyway, hope y’all like it.

Character Asks Hunter × Hunter

Mito Freecss Character Ask 4

So, I’m not entirely sure why I was drawn to this Ask, but I kinda liked the idea. I’d never considered doing anything with Mito that wasn’t focused on Gon and/or Killua, but once I thought about it it made sense. Surely she has a life and connections outside of Gon and reading his letters. Now, I think there’s a chance the Asker here meant to have Mito answer from the perspective of the Studio, maybe have her bring in someone from another series. However, I’d previously had Gon imply he used to fuck older women around the island before the start of the series, so I thought it’d be fun to have “canon” Mito answer, with a random woman in the same vein. You can’t really see her partner here, but her look is based off an extra we see in the opening of the first episode, when Gon catches the big fish. She’s just some slut Mito’s got eating her out, no one we know, but I kinda like that.

Wren Townsend Bio

So, like I mentioned when I released Oliver’s Bio, Wren here was next on the list. Like with the Twinsons it just made sense to me to do these two back-to-back. When I designed Wren my goal was to make someone with a real innocent/angelic look, to contrast her private life behind clothes doors with her little bro. I tried to lean into that dichotomy of her private and public self with the pose here, something cute and maybe a bit flirty, but also teetering on the edge of scandalous with the raised shirt. I dunno, it seemed like a clever idea at the time, haha.
