There were a few questions for Yelena after her NHML debut, mostly looking to see something between her and Eren. Without getting into spoilers too much, Yelena conspires a bit with Eren in season four, and this Ask is speculating on ways that could’ve gone. I think Yelena’s being a bit coy in her response, however, focusing more on what she was willing to do to secure Eren’s cooperation.
Since her debut, Sasha’s gotten a few Asks here and there relating to Gabi. I’ve never had a good opportunity to answer any of them until now. I don’t really see Sasha as someone who’d hold what went down with Gabi against her, although I don’t want to get into it too much here. I do think Gabi would be remorseful and looking for redemption, though, leading to the dynamic I hope came across here in Sasha’s answer.
I’m not really interested, personally, in seeing Jean bottom. However, this seemed like kind of a fun Dare, and a chance to play with their dynamic from the show.
Yelena is the Near Hentai Monthly Lady for May 2024. Yelena’s kind of a weird character in Attack on Titan. I can’t really say I’m a fan of her or anything, but she is involved in a few of my favorite moments from the fourth season and has an interesting presence to her. She also towers over everyone on the cast, which is fun. I’d considered drawing her a few times in the past, but my interest in AOT pics faded before I got around to her. There’s a few reasonable options for partners for her, but I’d decided a long time ago that if I ever did draw her it’d be with Onyankopon first. He’s far from her closest relationship, but they get introduced together hand share a lot of screentime. Plus, he’s a character I kinda like but don’t really have a good reason to draw, so this is kind of a convenient excuse to get him into the Studio. I found I really liked working with Yelena here for this pic, though, and while I don’t expect her to become a huge star in the Studio I do plan to draw her a bit more in the future.
With this post, NHML nominations for the month of June are now open. For those who don’t know, I’ll run down the rules real quick. Nominations are limited to one per person. You can nominate any female character you want, provided I have not drawn her within the past calendar year (though I prefer characters I’ve never drawn, period). Previous NHML winners are not eligible for a second time. Nominees must also not be from the same franchise as this month’s winner, Attack on Titan. If you violate any of those rules, I’ll let you know, and you can nominate someone else. I know it can be hard to keep track of these things. Page six of Clean Break. The scripts submitted for this page were kind of at odds, but I tried to strike a good balance here. I had to make a couple compromises but I think the action is continuing well enough.
This feels like kind of a go-to type of question for Sasha, and I figured I might as well get it out of the way. Sasha’s probably more interested in meat than she is “meat”, but I figured she’d be up to the challenge of multitasking to indulge in both. The Studio has limitless access to food from across the multiverse, so I’m sure Sasha will be a bit overwhelmed expanding her palette for a while.
This is just a little threesome I did with the later designs of the main trio in Attack on Titan.
Sometimes it’s kinda fun to let someone earnestly and straightforwardly answer a question while the person they’re talking about blows them. Erwin seems like the right kind of guy for that, if you ask me.
So, I was hesitant to do this Dare for two reasons. One is that I just drew Silas a few days ago for an Ask. Another is that I don’t typically like doing holiday-based Asks or Dares ’cause, while this post is going out to my Subscribers on Halloween, it’ll be February by the time it goes public. Regardless, I did go ahead and decide to do this one, and I hope those of you seeing this post in February can forgive the out-of-season spookiness.
Not much to say about this one, I think. Ymir and Christa/Historia had a cute but under-explored relationship in the first couple seasons of the show. I wanted to do something with them, and decided to do this little pic with their in-training designs. I’d kind of like to do another pic of them eventually with their later designs, but I can’t make any promises on if or when that will happen.
