Anya Forger Character Ask 1

I don’t usually pick up this type of question, on account of it having too thin of a basis and also being a bit too specific. However, I answered this one for a couple of reasons. One is that I felt I needed to get an Ask for this Subscriber, but also I thought I could tackle a couple of different things here. One is the fact that Anya, despite her appearance, is not at child-level intelligence in the Studio and as to get into character to do the baby talk she does in the show. Another is that I thought this would be a good chance to hint at Anya’s opinion of Makima, as what she describes here is basically how I see her relationship with any of Denji’s acquaintances (at this time). With Anya’s abilities I’m sure she’s self-censoring a lot with her statement here, as I’m sure she has pretty strong opinions on Makima and Denji’s relationship with her. Originally it was going to just be Anya here talking, but I decided to go ahead and have her bring in Nimona just so she could weigh in with her take, too.

Asami Sato Character Ask 1

This Ask is in reference to “Chi-Chi’s Fan Appreciation Tour,” an incomplete story in the Literature section of the site. Asami is one of several Studio residents who wins a fan trip with Chi-Chi in the story. I don’t know if this Subscriber had that in mind with this question, as I suspect they might’ve just been hoping to see Asami with any random new character I thought she’d pair well with. However, I don’t have many good opportunities to “canonize” written stories set in the Studio like this. I think this is the first time I’ve drawn any pairing from this story, although I can’t be certain. Regardless, I thought it’d make for a fun answer.

Commission Crossover Delicious in Dungeon Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Dragon Ball Fullmetal Alchemist My Hero Academia

Chilchuck Live

This is one-half of a Lord Tier commission, featuring Chilchuck from Delicious in Dungeon (or Dungeon Meshi). The idea here was to do something similar to an old Mini Commission featuring Ashido and Gohan, but with Goku instead. The commenters and stream title were picked out by the commissioner, but the actual comments were written by me.
I’ve been toying with doing some kind of Chilchuck/Laios pic for a while, but I can’t say for sure if or when I’ll get to it. Thanks to this commission, Chilchuck ended up getting in first from the DiD cast. Learning about phones, how to use one, and then hosting his own stream all so soon after getting brought into the Studio is pretty impressive.

June ’24 One-Shot

This here’s the One-Shot for June 2024. As always, the script for this comic was submitted by a Subscriber. The theme here is Mark from Invincible hopping to other superhero universes for some fun. There’s an ulterior motive to this script, too, to get in some popular superhero characters I haven’t drawn before, especially in the first and third panels. This script has a few characters that have been popular for other artists to draw, but we’ll see if there’s interest in seeing them show up again after this.

Butt Witch’s Busy Weekend, Page 11

This is a unique page for this comic, and I’ll explain why. One of my Lord Tier Subscribers, in lieu of their usual bi-annual commission, asked if they could instead nominate the next guest for Butt Witch’s Busy Weekend. Since it was a character I thought fit the comic, and they agreed to forgo any other input on the page, I allowed it. This is the same Subscriber responsible for all my other Cheetara content, and the page itself was handled the same as any other page would’ve been. Cheetara usually seems to get a pretty good reaction, so I hope some of y’all will enjoy seeing her take some green futa cock here.

Character Asks Crossover Fullmetal Alchemist Jujutsu Kaisen

Choso Character Ask 1

Unlike Todo, I don’t think Choso is very likely to refer to someone as his brother unless there’s a literal familial connection. Without trying to be funny, I think his brotherly bonds tend to be much more about blood. So, with that being the case, I couldn’t really have him answer this question in the affirmitive.

However, I did have a crossover pairing I wanted to do with him. I’m not sure what exactly made me want to draw Choso with Envy. It might be just because I already had an FMA connection in my head due to Choso’s debut (and, in fact, I’m certain these two met when Envy tried to crash Ed’s debut shoot), or it might be they’re the only two males so far who don’t wear nail polish in canon but do in Studio (to the best of my knowledge). I do also kind of like the image of them painting their nails together. Whatever the case, though, it was a pairing I wanted to do and this Ask seemed like a good chance to do it while also addressing my reading of Choso’s brothers needing to be literal.

Yung Hee Tyson Character Ask 1

I’d been wanting to do something with Yung Hee and Velma for a while, since I feel like her main inspirations are Velma and Jade Chan. This Ask seemed primed for making that connection, and I included Daphne ’cause it would’ve felt weird to leave her out. Even though this is a pretty simple Ask, I like the idea of a mystery solving club. Whether they solve actual Studio mysteries or host, like, murder mystery parties, either way I like little looks into how Studio residents entertain themselves when they’re not on camera. I’m not sure how many potential mystery solvers there could be for a club like that, mostly I can just think of other characters from Hanna-Barbera Scooby clones, but I might revisit the concept if I have a good reason to.
